DELIVERY
Delivery time to an address in the Republic of Ireland is 3 – 4 working days if item is in stock. International deliveries take a little longer, so please allow longer. As most of our orders go out by courier, it is essential that you give us an address that someone is at home so that the parcel can be signed for. We also require a telephone number for the delivery as the Courier company can ring you if your not at the address.

OUR REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that a purchase from Country Hounds fails to meet your expectations, please return your product within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
A full refund will only be made if your product is returned to us in its original and unused condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse refunding the customer. Product must be free from pet hairs.
Any items returned that are not in a resalable condition will be returned back to the customer without a refund being issued.
